Little Symphony is a program that brings to all students in the district programs by professional musicians, including classical, multicultural, and American music performed vocally, instrumentally, and through dance. Each of the schools in the district has a Little Symphony Representative who attends a showcase in the fall to get ideas for future programs. Reps also are asked to keep their eyes and ears open for potential programs and attend potential programs if possible. The committee meets three times a year in October, March and May, usually on a Friday at 11:00 after a Little Symphony performance. Reps are also asked to bring treats for the performers on a rotating schedule.
