Please join us for the Riverside Elementary Education Foundation (REEF) Lincoln event, at 7:00 pm on Thursday, September 24, 2009, at the Chew Chew Café in Riverside, featuring Dr. Orville Vernon Burton as he discusses his book, The Age of Lincoln.

In addition, please check out the portrait of Abraham Lincoln by Illiniois artist George Colin on display at the Riverside Public Library. This piece is valued at over $800 and raffle tickets are on sale at the Riverside Public Library or from any REEF board member for $10 per ticket. The raffle will take place at the September 24 event and the winner need not be present to win.
