Revised Emergency Contact Forms

Posted Nov 17, 2008 | Category: News

This Friday your student will bring home two new forms for parents to fill out and return to school: an Emergency Building Closure Contacts Form and a Student Registration Form. You are being asked to fill them out again, even though you submitted this information at the beginning of the year. The prior forms did not elicit the exact information needed. You can wait for the forms to come home, or download them here. In any case, please return the completed forms to school.

Family “Pasta” Night Committee

The Family Night Committee will be meeting on Thursday, November 20, at 7:00 p.m. at the Riverside Public Library. Anyone who is interested in helping with this fun event is invited to attend the meeting. This year, instead of a pasta dinner, the PTA will sponsor a soup supper with delicious soups, breads, and desserts on Thursday, January 22, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. This is a fundraiser for the PTA and is held on the same evening as our Book Fair. If you are not able to come to the meeting but would like to help, please contact Olga Andrulis.

Picture Retakes November 12

Posted Nov 9, 2008 | Category: News

Picture retakes will be on Wednesday, November 12, from 7:45 to 10:30 a.m., in the Hauser auditorium. If students purchased pictures and are unhappy with them, they need to bring the original pictures to the retake session. If students didn’t have pictures taken at all, they need to come to the auditorium on November 12. Order forms are available in the Hauser office. Students are encouraged to have their pictures taken before the school day begins. (That’s why the retake session is beginning at 7:45 a.m.). If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Westin at westins@district96.org or by calling the school office.
