Parents of 8th graders should have received, or will receive shortly, a letter from Ms. Berman with the following information about graduation procedures and activities.

The Hauser Junior High School 2009 graduation ceremony will be held on Wednesday, June 3, at 7:30 p.m.

Each graduate will receive three tickets for family seating in the auditorium. The size of the graduating class and the number of seats in the auditorium are the factors that determine the number of tickets that can be allotted to each graduate. An additional 70 seats will be distributed by lottery.

Graduation is a special milestone in the lives of Hauser’s students. The formal graduation ceremony is a time for us to celebrate accomplishments in a manner that honors all students. We respectfully request that all parents and guests refrain from acknowledging individual students during the ceremony. Ample time will be provided for audience members to recognize the class as a whole. Please arrange to leave any balloons at home, as they will not be permitted in the auditorium.

Permission slips for the 8th grade field trip (including 8th grade t-shirts) must be returned by April 29.
