For many years students in District 96 have participated the the state’s “Young Author” program. Although this is not required at Hauser (as it is at some of the elementary schools), Hauser students are invited and encouraged to participate. Before break Ms. Huber met with students interested in writing a Young Authors book. Even if your student did not attend the meeting, he/she may still participate.
