Place: L.J. Hauser Junior High Cafeteria, 65 Woodside Road
Cost/person:$7.00 advance purchase*/$9.00 at the door

Please make checks payable to “Hauser PTA” for the number of tickets desired.
Drop off check to PTA mailbox in the Hauser school office.
Upon receipt of your order, tickets will be reserved in your name and may be picked up at the door on the night of the event.
